Our hops are sourced to provide the very best quality. The hops sourced are stored refrigerated and frozen to provide our customers with the freshest product possible. The packaging and hops are nitrogen flushed to eliminate oxygen before being sealed in a light-proof bag.
Pellet hops are best when used within 24 months from date of manufacture. Whole hops are best when used within 6-12 months from date of manufacture.
Our grains are sourced to provide quality that exceeds industry-accepted quality programs. Every bag is measured, processed, bagged and sealed by hand to ensure our customers receive the best malt available.
Milled malts are best when used within 6 months from date of manufacture. Whole kernel roasted malts best when used within 18 months from date of manufacture. If properly stored in food grade container, vacuum or heat sealed, with oxygen absorber, in a cool dark dry place at a temperature of 50-70˚F with a relative humidity of 70˚F and lower, can last 8-10 years. Diastatic power and flavor are reduced over time. DME and LME best when used within 24 months from date of manufacture.
