At Reeb Brewing, we believe in the art of crafting exceptional home brew beer recipe kits. Every batch is brewed with passion, using only the finest ingredients to ensure quality and flavor.
Beer fermented with top-fermenting yeast at warmer temperatures, resulting in a quicker fermentation process and often producing fruity esters and a more complex flavor profile compared to lagers.
Cream Ale
A clean, well-attenuated, highly carbonated, flavorful American “lawnmower” beer. Easily drinkable, smooth, and refreshing, with more character than typical American lagers, yet still subtle and restrained.
9.6% ABV 5.1 IBU
Irish Red Ale
An easy-drinking pint, often with subtle flavors. Slightly malty in the balance sometimes with an initial soft toffee or caramel sweetness, a slightly grainy-biscuity palate, and a touch of roasted dryness in the finish. Some versions can emphasize the caramel and sweetness more, while others will favor the grainy palate and roasted dryness.
4.3% ABV 22.9 IBU
Sweet Stout
A very dark, sweet, full-bodied, slightly roasty stout that can suggest coffee-and-cream, or sweetened espresso.
4.8% ABV 26.2 IBU
American IPA
A decidedly hoppy and bitter, moderately strong, pale American ale. The balance is hop-forward, with a clean fermentation profile, dryish finish, and clean, supporting malt allowing a creative range of hop character to shine through.
6.2% ABV 50.1 IBU
American IPA
A decidedly hoppy and bitter, moderately strong, pale American ale. The balance is hop-forward, with a clean fermentation profile, dryish finish, and clean, supporting malt allowing a creative range of hop character to shine through.
6.7% ABV 53.5 IBU
Hazy IPA
An American IPA with intense fruit flavors and aromas, a soft body, smooth mouthfeel, and often opaque with substantial haze. Less perceived bitterness than traditional IPAs but always massively hop-forward.
5.9% ABV 31.7 IBU
Beer fermented with bottom-fermenting yeast at cooler temperatures, resulting in a cleaner, crisper flavor profile compared to ales.
International Pale Lager
A highly-attenuated pale lager without strong flavors, typically well-balanced and highly carbonated. Served cold, it is refreshing and thirst-quenching.
5.0% ABV 18.1 IBU
International Amber Lager
A smooth, easily-drinkable, malty amber lager with a flavorful caramel or toast character. Usually fairly well-attenuated, often with an adjunct quality and restrained bitterness.
5.1% ABV 16.4 IBU
Classic American Pilsner / Bohemian Pilsener
A blend of two classic styles.
2C. Classic American Pilsner - Low to medium grainy, corn-like or sweet maltiness may be evident. Medium to moderately high hop aroma. Clean lager character, with no fruitiness or diacetyl.
2B Bohemian Pilsener - Rich with complex malt and a spicy, floral Saaz hop bouquet. Some pleasant, restrained diacetyl is acceptable, but need not be present. Otherwise clean, with no fruity esters.
5.0% ABV 27.1 IBU
Rauchbier
A beechwood-smoked, malty, amber German lager. The expected Märzen profile of toasty-rich malt, restrained bitterness, clean fermentation, and a relatively dry finish is enhanced by a noticeable to intense smoke character.
5.4% ABV 23.4 IBU
Final results of beer may vary slightly due to individual brewing equipment, water profile, temperature control, sanitation, and time. Always ensure that all equipment is sanitized properly. Batch is calculated at a 75-85% brewhouse efficiency. Results may vary depending on your brewhouse.
